HR Supervisor - Training

• Plan and implement employee training and development programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify training gaps.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and skills training.
• Prepare training materials, schedules, and reports.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads and external training providers.
• Supervise HR training staff and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of HR/Training experience.
• With supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct onsite training and travel when required
