HR Supervisor (URGENT HIRING)

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting our client companies with their human resources needs, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
• Onboard new employees and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete
• Administer employee benefits program, including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
• Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and program to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a retail or consumer environment
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both employees and management
• Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively
• A team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success of the HR team and the organization
• Willing to work for 6 days week (Monday-Saturday)
• Onsite
