HR Supervisor/Asst. Manager

About the role

This role encompasses Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD) responsibilities, managing recruitment processes, personnel systems, compliance, and employee development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to match candidates with appropriate positions
• Manage all personnel systems including employment documents, time recording, payroll, social security, employment contracts, and contract renewals
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and coordinate with relevant government agencies
• Prepare personnel reports and documents related to standard assessment inspections (ISO, GMP)
• Support recruitment and selection from job posting, initial interviews, to employee orientation
• Analyse personnel data such as Turnover Rate, Absence Rate, and other statistical information to present to management
• Participate in developing training programmes and employee activities to enhance skills and work motivation
• Contribute to organisational development projects such as performance evaluation systems, Career Path, and Competency frameworks
• Support the creation of a positive organisational culture aligned with company values
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
