Role & responsibilities

Purpose of the Role
To support the various processes of the HR Support &Solution department like Full & Final Settlement, Payroll, Audits, and process enhancement initiatives, to enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities-

• Employee Full and Final Settlement
  • Follow up the Full & Final Settlement Form & documentation.
  • Overseeing the post-employee exit third-party process with AcEngage.
  • Follow up and clearance of various vendor invoices.
  • Checking of Full and Final settlement inputs
  • Any other work assigned by the department.

Payroll & Audits

• Validation of the Payroll Inputs and Controls
• Preparation of the Audit data in advance
• Mock Audit of the various HR processes and systems

Project Support

• Support Various Projects of HR Support Solutions .
• Preparing Attrition Analysis & various Reports .

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Competencies •Strong HR operations knowledge •Advanced MS Excel (formulas & macros) •PowerPoint presentation and dashboard skills •SAP HR and Workday experience preferred. •Effective communication and people skills •Collaborator with good interpersonal skills •Self-Starter
