HR Support Internship

About the Role!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support Intern to support our Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting HR administration, recruitment processes, and office operations, making it an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Support HR administrative activities, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Assist in reimbursement administration, including document verification, and tracking.

• Perform other HR and General Affairs-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Final-year students or fresh graduate from Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

• Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, and General Affairs

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling documents and data

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); familiarity with job portals is a plus

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
