What they need

The HR Support Partner is a critical role within HR that supports the broader organization with first point of contact support and regulatory compliance. This role also is responsible for the onboarding of new hires and talent acquisition support.

This is an on-site role at Stamford Hospital - Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. At Stamford Health, we believe that every patient deserves compassionate, personalized, person centered care. This commitment guides how we care for patients, support their care partners, and promote the wellbeing of our staff. In alignment with our Planetree philosophy, the individual in this role will foster a respectful, collaborative environment that honors the needs, values, and preferences of every person we serve and the colleagues we partner with.

Major Accountabilities/Critical Responsibilities Front End and HR Support

  • Manage and complete audits, support regulatory requirements, and other requests as needed.

Onboarding

  • Partner closely with assigned TA Recruiters to seamlessly take ownership of the candidate journey post-offer. Act as the primary guide for new hires, ensuring they feel supported and informed leading up to their start date.
  • Track and verify all pre-employment compliance requirements. This includes executing background checks in FA, Employee Health, references in SkillSurvey, and auditing Form I-9 verifications via E-Verify in strict accordance with federal and state regulations.

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Provide day to day support to assigned Talent Acquisition Partners, including but not limited to:
  • Utilize Oracle Recruiting Cloud (or Oracle ATS) to support the management of job postings, move candidates through workflow stages, and filtering initial applicant pools against basic job qualifications.
  • Support assigned TA Partners with coordination and scheduling multi-stage candidate interviews (phone, video, or in-person), managing calendar alignments for interview panels and hiring managers.
  • Support assigned TA Partners with drafting, formatting, and routing formal offer letters using approved templates, ensuring exact accuracy regarding compensation, titles, and start dates before initiating electronic signatures.

Competencies And Work Experience Requirements

  • Ability to execute regularly workflows, audit critical employment records, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to seamlessly pivot between high-volume admirative tasks and active front-line customer service without losing momentum, accuracy or focus.

  • Ability to evaluate repetitive administrative tasks to actively identify and suggest ways to streamline, reduce friction, and eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
  • Ability to master enterprise-level HR technologies, leveraging them to optimize workflow efficiency, data tracking, and scheduling logistics.
  • Ability to work interdependently as a high-leverage operational extension of a dedicated Talent Acquisition and HR team.

Education Requirements (include License, Registration, Certification) High School graduate or equivalent.

1 or more years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare.
