HR Support Services Delivery Lead

This role leads a high-volume HR service function, ensuring managers and employees receive responsive, accurate support across all stages of the employee lifecycle. You'll drive service excellence, champion consistent HR practices, and contribute to the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a large HR support services team responsible for frontline HR advice and administration.
• Driving service excellence through KPI management, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Embedding consistent HR processes, policies, and service standards.
• Building capability within the team to deliver accurate and timely frontline HR support.
• Partnering with specialist HR teams to ensure appropriate escalation of complex matters.
• Leading service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

About You
You will ideally bring:

• Experience leading teams in HR operations, HR shared services, or Ask HR Functions, ideally in large and complex organisations
• Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR operational processes.
• Demonstrated experience measuring performance through KPIs and service metrics.
• Experience leading service improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching capability.
• The ability to balance operational priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus.
