Position Title - HR Support Services Representative

Shift timing - Day shift

Experience range 3 to 5 years

Job description

You will be responsible for handling administrative and supportive tasks for our HR department with a focus on invoicing and vendor management for our HR services. You will be the primary point of contact to enable our colleagues with support requirements. You will get to know the HR organization in Dow including its different disciplines: Payrolling, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits and Talent & Learning. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, your stakeholder management and your administration and organization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative and supportive tasks for the HR department, focusing on invoicing and vendor management.

• Handle access management requests and departmental communications.

• In this role you will become part of the HR Workforce Management team, with potential expansion of your responsibilities as a result.

Preferred candidate profile

• A bachelors degree specialized in accounting is preferred

• Experience in vendor management and invoice handling is highly preferred

• Experience working with SAP (preferred).

• You have a customer focused mindset, an eye for structure and organization, prioritization skills and a passion for HR.

• You have great communication & interpersonal skills in English
