HR System Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, configure and maintain HR management systems to support organisational processes and employee needs
• Gather and document HR business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system specifications and technical solutions
• Design, test and implement HR system enhancements, updates and new functionalities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR system users, ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution of issues
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides and training materials
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of HR systems
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure system security, compliance and integration with other business applications
• Generate reports and analytics from HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analysis or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis or HR business analysis roles
• Proficiency with HR management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, performance management and employee data management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with HR teams, IT departments and business stakeholders
• Experience in system testing, quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements relevant to HR systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
