HR System Operation & Development Specialist

About the role

This role involves conducting daily data entry, cleansing, verification and maintenance for the human resource management system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee profiles, organizational structure, attendance, payroll and other relevant data. You will develop, revamp and optimize web applications including internal HR admin backends, event landing pages and data dashboards for the HR department, as well as develop HR process automation solutions including workflow and business process development, API system integration, backend and data processing, and AI / LLM application development. You will also perform daily operation and maintenance of HR systems, such as workflow configuration, troubleshooting and fault resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily data entry, cleansing, verification and maintenance for the human resource management system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee profiles, organizational structure, attendance, payroll and other relevant data
• Develop, revamp and optimize web applications including internal HR admin backends, event landing pages and data dashboards for the HR department

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or related fields
• 1–2 years of working experience; 2026 fresh graduates are welcome
• Prior experience in HR system or enterprise application development / operation and maintenance is preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and keep up with emerging technology trends
