  • Work closely with HR, Finance and IT teams to develop, test and implement new system integrations and enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain position management processes, ensuring alignment with recruitment, workforce planning and finance activities.
  • Configure and maintain system workflows, security permissions, onboarding documentation and other key system functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Conduct system testing, release management activities and support platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Perform regular data audits, reconciliations and cleansing exercises to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Support payroll-related system activities and ensure accurate data flow across interconnected business systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Produce training materials, user guides and system documentation to support colleagues across the business.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors and support providers to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working with HR systems in a complex organisation and will combine strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience administering and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, including exposure to a variety of modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance Management and Succession.
  • Experience delivering HR systems enhancements, upgrades and implementation projects from inception through to completion.
  • A strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations and data management.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical solutions to complex system challenges.
  • Excellent analytical capability, with experience interpreting data and providing meaningful recommendations.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and complex formulas.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple business functions and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • SuccessFactors accreditation or certification.
  • Experience working with HR technology projects in a professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and HR data governance best practice.
  • Exposure to payroll systems and related integrations.
  • Interest or experience in AI-enabled HR technologies and future HR system innovations.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience.
