HR Systems Analyst

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems through regular audits, validation processes, and proper data governance practices.
• Provide technical support to HR users and employees, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct training or orientation on HR system functionalities and best practices.
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance issues as needed, resolves discrepancies in Daily Time Records (DTRs), leave requests, and attendance data, updates timekeeping rules, shift schedules, leave and other policies.
• Uploads timekeeping data from biometrics & other timekeeping devices to the HRIS. Resolve compensation and benefits data issues promptly, troubleshoots discrepancies in compensation & benefits data & updates necessary data.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve user experience.
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to be assigned in Rosario, Pasig City
• Knows how to speak Bisaya/Cebuano is an advantage.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
