HR Systems & People Analytics Manager

Swish is building the next generation of food delivery, delivering fresh meals rapidly. We're building an integrated ecosystem across food, kitchens, supply chain, technology, and last-mile delivery. As we scale, we're looking for people who can build strong systems and processes that keep pace with our growth.

We are looking for someone to own HR systems, people data, analytics, and process automation at Swish. This role will focus on building reliable HR processes, creating visibility into workforce metrics, and using data and technology to improve the employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with the People team and business leaders to ensure that our HR operations are scalable, data-driven, and efficient.

What You'll Own

• HR Systems & HRMS: Manage and improve HR systems across employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• People Analytics: Build dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, employee movement, and other key people metrics.
• Data Accuracy & Governance: Maintain accurate employee data, establish data standards, and ensure confidentiality and appropriate access controls.
• Process Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks across HR and automate them using available tools, integrations, and workflows.
• Process Design: Build standardized HR processes and documentation that can scale with the organization.
• Workforce Reporting: Support leadership with headcount tracking, workforce planning data, and actionable insights.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain reliable employee records and support statutory and internal reporting requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and business teams to improve data flow and eliminate process gaps.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR systems, people analytics, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience working with HRMS platforms and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to turn raw data into meaningful dashboards and actionable insights.
• Experience identifying process gaps and implementing automation or workflow improvements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and process ownership.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with HRMS implementation, integrations, or system migrations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, Apps Script, or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience building HR systems and processes in a startup or high-growth organization.
