HR Systems Application Intern

What you´ll do

• Support HR systems operations by managing and monitoring HR25 tickets, ensuring timely resolution and closure
• Assist in Dayforce case management, including case tracking, status updates, and escalation monitoring
• Track and report the progress of system change requests to support implementation activities
• Monitor hypercare activities and provide updates on issue resolution and post-go-live support
• Coordinate workbench tasks by supporting workload distribution and monitoring task completion
• Maintain master lists and reporting trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Support ticket allocation activities to help ensure timely and efficient handling of requests

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in process improvement and reporting; Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately and maintain organized records
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and support
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills; Basic copywriting skills for crafting engaging and informative content
• Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes; Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic HR technology environment
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
