HR Systems Business Analyst

We are looking for an HR Systems Business Analyst with a strong background in Human Resources to help improve, manage, and optimize our HR information systems and processes.

The ideal candidate understands both HR operations and business systems and can effectively work with HR users and IT/development teams to translate HR requirements into practical system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and document HRIS requirements from HR and business users.
• Translate business and HR requirements into clear system specifications and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with IT and developers on system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare process flows, user guides, reports, system documentation, and other project-related materials.
• Monitor HR data accuracy, system configuration, and overall data integrity.
• Support HR teams in the proper and effective use of HRIS applications.
• Assist in HRIS implementation, system migration, integration, and process improvement projects.
• Provide user support and help resolve HRIS-related concerns and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in payroll, timekeeping, recruitment, employee records, or other HR functions.
• Experience working with HRIS or HR-related systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Able to understand business requirements and translate them into system or process solutions.
• Comfortable working with both HR and IT/development teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
