Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Systems / HRIS professional to manage HR system integrations, payroll data, system configuration, and employee lifecycle processes. The role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Technology, and external vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HRIS integrations with Payroll, Finance, and other third-party systems.

• Monitor integrations, perform data validation and reconciliation, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate issue resolution.

• Work with APIs, SFTP, JSON/data formats, and integration logs.

• Manage HRIS modules covering Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance/Leave, and employee lifecycle.

• Support payroll input preparation, validation, reconciliation, and large employee datasets.

• Handle system configuration, workflows, reports, user access, UAT/testing, and change requests.

• Translate HR/business requirements into system and integration requirements.

• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Technology, and HRIS vendor teams for enhancements and issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Who are we looking for?

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Systems / HRIS.

• Strong hands-on experience in HRIS integrations and troubleshooting.

• Advanced Excel skills for payroll processing, reconciliation, and data analysis.

• Good understanding of API/SFTP integrations and data formats.

• Experience with UAT, system configuration, workflows, and reporting.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
