HR Systems Integration - SAP

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Integration Manager to lead the integration of SAP HR systems with wider business applications, ensuring seamless data flows, system stability and effective HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and maintenance of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM and other HR, payroll and business systems.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment and ongoing support.
• Work closely with HR, IT, payroll and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, secure and efficient data exchange.
• Oversee integration tools and technologies, such as SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs and middleware.
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance and adherence to HR data governance standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, manage risks and drive continuous improvement across HR systems.
• Manage stakeholders, external partners and project timelines to deliver successful outcomes.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience in HR systems integration within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM.
• Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, middleware and data mapping.
• Understanding of HR processes, payroll interfaces and employee data management.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
