HR - Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruitment Intern to join our recruitment consultancy. The intern will work closely with our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across the complete recruitment process, with a primary focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Search and identify candidates based on specific job requirements and client mandates.
• Review and screen CVs/resumes against job descriptions and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online screening of candidates.
• Understand candidate experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and career preferences.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist recruiters in preparing candidate profiles and submitting suitable candidates to clients.
• Track candidate progress across different stages of the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Assist the team with other recruitment and HR-related activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Good MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates/assignments.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
