HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is going to form part of the Talent Acquisition Team that are in-charge of initiating and executing hiring strategies and procedures to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization’s current and future staffing needs.

The job role and responsibilities are as follows:

• Source and engage with top-notch talents and communities through various job boards, recruiting sites, and social media platforms, career portal, and events to promote the organization’s brand.
• Work closely with hiring managers by managing the end-to-end hiring process such as:
• Ensure that selection criteria that are required per position were met by facilitating pre-interview and technical assessments.
• Conducting behavior-event and competency-based interviews, may it be in-person or video call with shortlisted candidates.
• Documenting endorsements and for every process.
• May be asked to briefly discuss with candidate on compensation and benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS/BA Psychology or Human Resource Development or Marketing or any equivalent bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience within talent acquisition in a sourcing role or similar role with strong knowledge of various sourcing tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns may it be through events or using social media networks and job portals to look for and connect with potential candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and good written and verbal communications skills to drive applications & engagement.
• Above average computer and systems knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• May do the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Must be willing to work onsite Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm.
