About the role

SpecVision is looking for an HR professional focused on Talent & Culture Development. Your role is to discover, inspire, unlock and nurture the potential within our teams. You will look beyond what an employee is doing today and ask: "What else could this person become?"

Key responsibilities

• Spot potential by understanding each employee's strengths, capabilities, development gaps and readiness for greater responsibility
• Help people see more in themselves through coaching, meaningful questions and feedback, helping employees recognise strengths and possibilities they may not yet see
• Turn potential into growth by encouraging people to step forward, build confidence, take ownership and challenge themselves beyond what feels comfortable
• Create opportunities to develop using coaching, training, mentoring, stretch assignments, projects and real workplace experience to help people build capability
• Develop future leaders by identifying team members with potential and intentionally preparing them for bigger responsibilities, Supervisor roles and future leadership opportunities
