What they need
HR & Talent Management Coordinator - London
About the Role
We’re looking for an HR & Talent Management Coordinator who’s passionate about people and wants to help shape an awesome employee experience. In this role, you’ll support programs that help our team grow, stay engaged, and feel valued — from onboarding and training to performance reviews and career development. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, and the HR team to keep things running smoothly and aligned with our company culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Talent Program Support
Help plan and coordinate key HR and talent programs like onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Learning & Development
Provide a service back up to L&D team to cover absence and/or support large programmes/initiatives rollouts including administration of training scheduling, planning, logistics, learner/participant admin & email/phone correspondence. Carryout enrolment of mandatory + compliance online courses for new starter employees on a weekly or on demand basis. Support the curation of content and resources on the Verisure Academy SharePoint site.
- Data & Reporting
Keep our HR & LD data up to date, track important talent metrics (like turnover, training attendance, and internal moves), and pull together reports for the HR team.
- Performance Management
Support performance review cycles — from reminders and system updates to making sure everything stays on track and on time.
- Employee Engagement
Help run surveys, collect feedback, and support follow-up actions to keep our people happy, motivated, and heard.
- Talent Reviews & Succession Planning
Provide admin support for talent reviews and succession planning — prepping materials, coordinating meetings, and tracking outcomes
- Process Improvement
Always looking for a better way? Great — we want your ideas on how to make our processes more efficient and effective.
- Team Collaboration
Work closely with HR Business Partners, L&D, and Recruiting to make the employee experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
- A degree in HR, Business, Org Development, or something similar — or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in HR, talent management, or learning & development is a plus
Skills & Tools
- Great at staying organized and managing projects
- Strong communicator — both written and verbal
- Trustworthy with confidential info
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience with HR systems (like Workday or SuccessFactors) is a bonus
- Comfortable digging into data and creating reports
Your Style
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
- Someone who genuinely cares about creating a great employee experience
Other offers great for you!
