- Melakukan analisis kebutuhan dan eksekusi program pelatihan secara end to end
- Melakukan penyusunan materi dan pelaksanaan orientasi karyawan baru (onboard)
- Melaksanakan asesmen rutin karyawan dan coaching pengembangan SDM
- Melakukan penjadwalan, dokumentasi, dan monitoring sistem pembelajaran
KUALIFIKASI
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi dan Manajemen SDM atau yang relevan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang People Development
- Terbiasa melakukan assesment, trainer, dan people development
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman menghadapi lingkungan operation
- Good Looking
- Good Presentation Skill
