HR Team Leader

The HR Team Leader is responsible for leading and supervising the HR team and ensuring the effective implementation of company policies and procedures. The role oversees daily HR activities, supports recruitment and employee relations, and ensures that HR processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development activities.
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing and employee concerns.
• Promote positive employee relations and a professional workplace environment.
• Identify HR issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
