To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Operations Team Manager in our plant in Gafsa.

Main Responsibilities ▪️ Support the HR Operations Manager in organizing the team’s daily activities, allocating workloads, monitoring performance, and developing team members.

▪️ Implement agreed priorities and action plans, providing regular progress updates to the HR Operations Manager.

▪️ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll, HR administration, employee lifecycle services, and employee support.

▪️ Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, supporting employees and managers .

▪️ Ensure efficient Hiring strategy for Direct and Indirect employees

▪️ Ensure process compliance, accurate documentation, reliable HR data, and agreed service levels.

▪️ Report KPIs, reporting, backlogs, errors, and service quality to the HR Operations Manager, proposing improvements for review and alignment.

Qualifications ▪️ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

▪️ 5 - 8 years Experience in HR Operations or HR Administration, preferably in an industrial environment.

▪️ Experience coordinating a team and supporting people development.

▪️ Good knowledge of payroll, time management, HRIS, employee relations, and applicable labor law.

▪️ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

▪️ Ability to manage priorities, handle employee concerns, and escalate matters appropriately.

▪️ A collaborative approach, with clear reporting and respect for agreed responsibilities.

▪️ A strong focus on service quality, continuous improvement, and employee experience
