Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Darwinbox and HROne HRMS platforms.

• Gather business requirements from HR & Business stakeholders and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.

• Manage HR technology initiatives across Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Performance

Management, Engagement, Rewards, Expense and Employee Self Service, LMS modules.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure timely project delivery.

• Design and execute data migration, validation, and system integration with third party applications.

• Develop testing strategies including UAT, system testing, and defect resolution.

• Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations by analysing HR data and identifying actionable insights. • Maintain HR technology documentation, SOPs, process manuals, and audit records.

• Support and coordinate ISO and BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) audits, including preparation for both internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and compliance requirements.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to HR and business users.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous process improvements.

• Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends and recommend enhancements to improve employee experience and HR efficiency.

• Ticket management of ongoing queries related to system issues

• Bucketing the tickets and queries & create separate SOPs to resolve each category of issues

• Managing ISO and BCMS audits, including documentation, evidence management, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal and external auditors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Darwinbox and HROne HRMS solutions along with prior experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Generalist is preferred. Skill Set (Technical and Soft skills)

• Strong understanding of HR processes & HRMS & LMS modules including Attendance, Payroll, Performance, Expense, Asset management, Onboarding, Helpdesk, Core HR Engagement, Project Management, Recruitment, Workforce, LMS

• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post implementation support.

• Hands on Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, data analysis & Advanced Excel

Hands on experience in managing ISO and BCMS audits, including documentation, evidence management, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal and external auditors.

• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) integrations with HRMS platforms. • Hands-on experience or a strong understanding of API-based integrations, including authentication methods (OAuth/SAML), and coordinating with technical teams for seamless integration between HRMS and enterprise applications.
