HR Technical Training Officer

• Conceptualizes and develops exercises/tests anchored on technical courses.
• Develops energizers / icebreakers ideal for a particular purpose.
• Develops and produces training materials and tools.
• Assists in planning for outsourced training programs.
• Prepares and monitors the Technical Training Budget
• Assists in the conceptualization and production of Instructional Materials / Training Aids.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
• At least 4 years of related working experience is required for this position.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast pace working environment
• Excellent organizational skills, good judgment and strong motivation to bring innovation and best practices.
• Highly effective communications skills both in verbal and written language.
• Ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed and demonstrated competence in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & use of Internet.
• Ability to deal with matters in full confidentiality.
• Possesses a valid non-professional driver’s license.
