What’s involved:

• Support a major HR Technology & Systems Enablement programme focused on EU Pay Transparency

• Analyse and document the current HR technology landscape, including systems, ownership, integrations, interfaces, and data flows

• Work across HR, Reward, Recruitment, Data, Technology, and HR Operations stakeholders to understand business and technology requirements

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand current processes, pain points, requirements, and system capabilities

• Identify technology gaps, manual processes, duplication, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for automation

• Assess HR technology capabilities across areas including job architecture, compensation/reward, employee information, case management, data, analytics, and reporting

• Work with Data and Analytics teams to understand data requirements, dependencies, limitations, and reporting needs

• Assess existing HR technology and support evaluation of potential solutions and vendors

• Develop current-state assessments, system/process maps, gap assessments, requirements, options, and recommendations

• Support the development of a practical future-state technology view and phased roadmap

• Identify dependencies and risks across related programme workstreams and provide clear analysis to senior stakeholders

What you need:

• 5–8 years' experience as a Technology Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, HR Technology Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Technology Consultant

• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business, functional, data, and technology requirements

• Proven experience analysing multiple applications, integrations, interfaces, and data flows

• Strong stakeholder management experience across both business and technical teams

• Practical understanding of HR technology, ideally covering HR, payroll, recruitment, reward, or HR reporting

• Strong experience producing current-state assessments, process/system maps, gap assessments, requirements, options, and recommendations

• Good understanding of systems integration, data, security, reporting, and non-functional requirements

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, system owners, Data/Analytics teams, and technology teams

• Experience developing technology roadmaps, solution options, or future-state technology views

• Experience with UKG, Eightfold, Syndio, BetterComp, Workday, SAP HCM/Payroll, or similar HR platforms would be advantageous

• Experience with EU Pay Transparency, pay equity, Reward technology, HR technology strategy, or vendor assessment would be highly desirable
