HR Timekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Prepare, consolidate, and verify timekeeping reports for payroll and billing purposes.
• Assist in the preparation and checking of billing documents, particularly for manpower services.
• Review attendance, overtime, absences, undertime, and other timekeeping discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding attendance, timekeeping, and billing concerns.
• Assist in coordinating with external clients and third-party vendors.
• Ensure that all reports and documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of timekeeping and billing records.
• Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in timekeeping and/or billing
• Background in other HR facets, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, or HR administration, is an advantage.
• Experience in internal and external coordination is an advantage.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Keen to detail and able to identify and resolve discrepancies in records.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
