HR-Timekeeping

• Monitor, verify, and maintain daily employee time records (DTR), attendance logs, and biometric data
• Process and validate overtime, undertime, absences, rest day work, and holiday work
• Track and record employee leaves, schedule changes, and shift adjustments
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of timekeeping reports for payroll processing
• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to attendance and time records
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers for attendance corrections and approvals
• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of timekeeping records
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures
• Assist in audits and investigations related to attendance and timekeeping issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR timekeeping or related HR functions
• Knowledge of timekeeping systems, biometrics, and attendance monitoring
• Familiarity with labor laws and company policies related to work hours and attendance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR
