Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Manage end-to-end India HR Operations from onboarding to employee exit.
• 2. Draft and issue offer letters, onboarding documents, and exit-related communications.
• 3. Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support while maintaining confidentiality.
• 4. Coordinate employee onboarding activities with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• 5. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
• 6. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
• 7. Coordinate background verification processes and vendor interactions.
• 8. Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• 9. Assist in payroll input collection and validation.
• 10. Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
• 11. Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency.
