HR Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented, and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment .

The selected candidate will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process , gaining hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and joining formalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and work on hiring requirements.

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates on basic eligibility, communication, interest, and role fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.

• Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely closure of positions.

• Assist with offer communication, documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  Eligibility & Skills

• Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with 0-1 year of recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and comfortable communicating with candidates over the phone.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities effectively.
