HR Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and motivated MBA- HR graduate to join our team as an HR Trainee. This opportunity is specifically for candidates who have completed their MBA and are looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

The selected candidate will be part of our HR team from the beginning and will undergo a 4-month practical training period with a stipend. During this period, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and take responsibility for day-to-day HR activities.

Upon successful completion of the 4-month training period and based on performance, the candidate will be absorbed into the HR team as a Full-Time Employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day HR Operations and HR Management activities.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
• Support employee engagement and team activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports using MS Excel.
• Assist in maintaining company policies, HR documentation, and records.
• Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
