HR Trainee

• Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee documentation processes.
• Assist with joining formalities, induction, and orientation programmes.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related matters.
• Assist in maintaining staff attendance and other HR data.
• Support employee engagement and staff welfare activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR department.
• Required qualification-Degree/Diploma in hospital administration
• Training period: 6 months

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
