Job Title: HR Trainee

Job Summary:
An HR Trainee supports the Human Resources department in daily activities, including recruitment, employee management, documentation, and HR administration. This role provides practical experience in HR processes and helps develop essential human resource management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
• Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Support attendance and leave management.
• Help prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
• Handle basic employee queries and support HR activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee information.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and employee relations.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
