HR Trainee - Internship

+ Based in Pejabat Pengarah & Tanah Galian Pahang

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in sourcing and attract talents through social media platforms and recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist in preparing HR documents.
• Assist for day-to-day operations, and maintaining the HR filing system.
• Liaise with internal departments to support HR operations.
• Participate in organizing company events.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Communication Skills.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• No work experience is required.
• Possess own transport.

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
