HR Training & Development

Role & responsibilities :

• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
• Coordinate training programs, schedules, nominations and participants.
• Maintain training attendance, records and feedback.
• Prepare and maintain HR & Training documentation and reports.
• Manage joining documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate with various departments to identify training requirements.
• Prepare training calendars and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR & T&D activities.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of T&D documentation and compliance records.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 2 to 6 years of experience in HR / Admin / Training & Development.
• Hands-on experience in employee induction and training coordination.
• Strong skills in HR documentation, record keeping and reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience specifically in Training & Development / Learning & Development will be preferred.
• Candidates from Construction will be an advantage.
