About the role
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting employee training programs. Supports employees in developing their knowledge and skills through training and learning activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs
- Prepare training programs and materials
- Coordinate training schedules
- Conduct training sessions
- Monitor training attendance and completion
- Prepare training materials and resources
- Monitor training supplies and requirements
- Maintain training records
- Coordinate with different departments regarding training needs
- Coordinate with external trainers when needed
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, Communication, or related course
- Training Facilitation
- Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Training Material Preparation
- Experience in Training and Development or HR is an advantage
