We are looking for an experienced HR Training Development professional to plan, coordinate, and execute effective training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through performance reviews, competency mapping, and discussions with department heads
• Plan, organize, and conduct internal and external training programs
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of training initiatives
• Prepare training calendars, schedules, and training materials
• Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new employees
• Implement and manage employee competency mapping and skill assessment processes
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement tracking
• Maintain training records, reports, and MIS related to training activities
• Support HR initiatives related to employee development and engagement

Requirements

• Strong exposure to training delivery and coordination
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work closely with trainers, managers, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of competency mapping and learning development practices
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
