HR - Training Officer

About the role

Northpoint Development Bank, Inc. is seeking a Training Officer to join the HR Team. The role involves identifying training needs, developing training programs, delivering training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness to support organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with managers
• Analyze skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs
• Design training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online modules
• Develop structured learning plans and training schedules
• Conduct workshops, seminars, onboarding sessions, and coaching programs
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback forms, and performance metrics
• Modify programs based on participant feedback and outcomes
