HR/Admin Assistant

About the role

At Enrich Agrifarms Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and dedicated HR/Admin Assistant to join our growing team in San Manuel, Tarlac. You will play a vital role in supporting human resources and administrative operations, ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day office activities while helping foster a productive and positive workplace environment.

What you will be doing

• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
• Assist in onboarding of new employees (documentation, orientation)
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR database
• Monitor attendance and assist in payroll preparation
• Handle basic employee inquiries and HR-related concerns
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of basic HR processes, employee records, and documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
• Willing to work on-site in San Manuel, Tarlac
