HR/Admin Assistant

1. Human Resources Functions

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, timekeeping, payroll support, government-mandated benefits administration, employee engagement activities, and the preparation of HR documents, reports, and disciplinary records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.

2. Administrative Functions

• Provide administrative and clerical support, manage office supplies and assets, coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping, organize meetings and company activities, prepare administrative reports and correspondence, and maintain company records and confidential documents.
• Monitor service providers and support workplace safety, health, and housekeeping initiatives.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: Php18,410.66 - Php26,412.04 per month
