Job Description

• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee.
• Process and submit monthly payroll and related reports accurately and on time.
• Manage employee training and development by administering courses and addressing training needs.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate repatriation of workers efficiently.
• Administer work injury compensation claims in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure proper filing systems.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support HR operations and business needs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Operations. Experience in Construction Industry would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong responsibility and self-motivation.
• Proven team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior post.
