HR&BD Executive

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify suitable Key Personnel CVs for highway consultancy projects candidate know about infracon portal .
Prepare and draft CVs as per NHAI/MoRTH guidelines.
Create, update, and manage profiles on the Infracon Portal.
Prepare technical bid and tender documentation.
Coordinate with candidates for documents, approvals, and declarations.
Review eligibility criteria and ensure compliance with RFP requirements.
Upload and submit complete bid documents on the Infracon Portal before tender deadlines.
Maintain candidate databases and tender documentation records.

Eligibility
Graduate or Postgraduate candidates are eligible to apply.
3-6 years of relevant experience in BD, CV Sourcing, Tender Documentation, or Highway Consultancy.
Hands-on experience with NHAI/MoRTH projects.
Strong knowledge of the Infracon Portal, CV drafting, and technical bid documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
