HRBP, Admin & Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join an established company in a cross-functional role combining Human Resources, payroll coordination, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly payroll process managed by an external provider, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate HR administrative processes and maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Support internal processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support day-to-day office administration

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience overseeing outsourced payroll processes.
• English: Intermediate conversational proficiency, with the ability to participate in work-related conversations and communicate effectively with international colleagues. Full fluency is not required.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable balancing HR responsibilities with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Position Details

• Location: Greater Buenos Aires, near Vicente López
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Compensation: ARS 2,500,000–2,800,000 gross per month, plus benefits
