HRBP & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRBP & Business Development Manager to join our Hong Kong team. This is a hands-on role combining HR operations, recruitment, client management and business development, with regional exposure across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote HR solutions including recruitment, HR outsourcing, payroll and EOR services.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client requirements.
• Support Hong Kong HR operations, employee onboarding/offboarding and employee enquiries.
• Coordinate employment visa/work visa applications and renewals.
• Support MPF, IRD, IR56 and other Hong Kong statutory matters.
• Coordinate with regional recruitment and payroll teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Provide practical HR support to clients and employees.

About you

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with Hong Kong HR exposure.
• Strong experience in HR operations and end-to-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with MPF, IRD and IR56 matters is advantageous.
• Business development, client management or HR services experience is highly valued.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with regional teams.
