HRBP Assistant Manager

• Partner with Production and functional leaders to align HR strategies with business and operational needs
• Support manpower planning, workforce stability, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Manage employee and industrial relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, and domestic inquiries
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR policies and procedures
• Drive performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and talent development initiatives
• Support succession planning and collaborate with L&D on capability building programs
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to fulfill hiring needs for critical roles
• Provide insights on hiring challenges and workforce trends, especially for technical positions
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and maintain effective communication between management and employees
• Ensure HR documentation, reporting, and audit readiness are properly maintained
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field with 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Strong hands-on experience in ER/IR case handling and good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP function
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in handling ER/IR matters in manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
