Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify, pursue, and convert corporate clients.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Develop strategic business relationships and partnerships.
• Drive consistent client turnover and revenue generation.
• Prepare and present proposals and service offerings.

HR & Consulting:

• Provide professional HR guidance to the company and clients.
• Oversee recruitment, selection and talent management processes.
• Develop HR policies, procedures and consulting solutions.
• Maintain professional HR standards across all engagements.

Leadership & Team Building:

• Build, lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Set performance expectations and monitor team productivity.
• Promote accountability, professionalism and teamwork.

Operations & Client Management:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Coordinate client assignments and service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Target & Performance Management

• Work with clearly defined KPIs and business targets.
• Drive measurable results in client acquisition, placements, revenue, and overall company growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in HR, recruitment, HR consulting, business development, management or professional services.
• Relevant professional HR qualification/certification.
• Proven professional experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and talent management.
• Demonstrable management/leadership experience.
• Strong business development and client acquisition ability.
