Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00AM – 5.00PM

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and drive the full spectrum of HR functions while partnering closely with management to support business growth and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals and company expansion plans
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and secure quality candidates
• Build employee retention strategies and engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover
• Manage employee welfare initiatives, staff benefits, engagement activities, and overall employee well-being
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
• Manage performance management processes including KPI tracking, appraisals, and employee development planning
• Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal HR processes to improve operational efficiency
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and overall HR initiatives
• Maintain proper HR documentation, employee records, and HR reporting
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to management to support strategic business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour law compliance
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced working environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
