- 负责国际业务部门HC规划梳理与招聘全流程，关键岗位人才画像梳理，独立完成从需求分析到offer发放； 2.主导员工关系管理，处理跨文化团队员工咨询及本地化管理问题； 3.推动绩效管理体系落地，协助业务部门完成绩效评估，确保绩效全流程覆盖；
- 搭建国际化人才梯队，年度关键岗位招聘目标达成，支持业务增长； 5. 以HRBP视角支持业务于组织长期发展
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上HR经验，其中至少2年国际业务支持经验；
- 精通招聘全流程，熟悉跨文化招聘策略，具备独立完成年度招聘目标的成功案例； 3.熟练掌握员工关系与绩效管理工具，能够独立设计并实施绩效改进方案；
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力与业务洞察力。 5. IVD行业经验加分
