该职位来源于猎聘 1.深度对接OTC销售业务，匹配终端拓展、动销执行的人力需求，输出适配业务的HR解决方案 2.主导OTC全序列岗位招聘，搭建医药零售人才池，保障核心岗位及时到岗 3.落地适配OTC场景的绩效激励机制，联动业务部门完成目标拆解与过程复盘 4.维护跨区域一线团队员工关系，管控用工风险，提升团队稳定性 5.协同业务侧搭建终端销售能力培训体系，助力新人快速上手、老员工能力迭代 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上HRBP经验，有OTC药企、快消行业背景优先 2.熟悉HR全模块，精通招聘、绩效、员工关系实操 3.能听懂业务语言，可适配高频出差走访终端的工作节奏 4.数据敏感度高，能通过人力数据优化组织效能
